M-FUGE SIGNUP/DEPOSIT DEADLINE: Sunday, January 29, 2012

6th-12th grade students and adults planning to attend M-Fuge Youth Camp, June 25-30, at Belmont University in Nashville, TN, must signup and pay their $50 non-refundable registration fee by Sunday, January 29. SUPER BOWL OUTREACH PARTY: Sunday, February 5, 2012, 5:00 p.m.

Invite an unchurch friend or family member to come watch the game on the big screen beginning at 5:00 p.m. Bring your favorite finger food to complement wings and drinks provided by the church.

DISCOVER LIVING STONE: Sunday, February 19, 2012, 11:30 a.m.

If you are new to our church, or have never been through this class, we invite you to stay after church for a luncheon and orientation to the ministries of our church. Childcare is provided and there is no cost to attend. In this 1-hour class, you’ll discover the answer to questions like:

•What is church membership & why is it important?

•How do I become a member at Living Stone?

•What is the church's philosophy of ministry?

•How can I get more involved in what God is doing at Living Stone?

Please signup at the church by Wednesday, February 15th if you plan to attend so that we can plan for the luncheon.

LifeGroups: Begin September 2011

Every adult & family is encouraged to get involved in a LifeGroup. It's not too late to join a group and enjoy the fellowship you'll experience with other families in our church. The typical meeting involves food, laughter, and a fun game or good conversation. Before you leave, someone prays for any prayer needs expressed in the group. We're offering three groups that meet at different times and locations:

The Johnson & Benthal families host a group that meets every other Wednesday evening at 5:30 p.m. Their next meeting will be Wednesday, September 28, at 5:30 p.m. at Mike & Kristi's home at 107 E. 8th Street. If you haven't joined a group yet, come on out and give it a try!

The Weirich family hosts a group at their home (109 W. 8th Apt. #4) each Monday evening at 6:00 p.m.

The Hill & Boyd families host a group that meets every other Saturday evening at 6:00 p.m. Their next meeting will be October 8 at the Boyd's home, 208 W. 3rd Street.
